The distinctive architecture of The Quays adds more than an iconic landmark to its harbourside setting, it creates a whole new sense of place. At ground level, the building interacts with the public realm of NewQuay, connecting and enlivening surrounding streets and spaces via city-style laneways. Above, the building evolves through its podium into a secure and intimate residential setting with extraordinary views and unsurpassed facilities.
The Quays offers you a wide selection of generous one, two and three bedroom residences, each individually designed by McBride Charles Ryan to maximise space, light and create panoramic views.
To complement the European appliances and luxury materials used throughout, a palette of four contemporary finishes is available - White Pearl, Black Pearl, Coral and Aquamarine.
