A consortium consisting of MAB Corporation Pty Ltd (%u201CMAB%u201D), Macquarie Goodman Group (%u201CMacquarie Goodman%u201D) and Folkestone Limited (%u201CFolkestone%u201D) (together the %u201CConsortium%u201D) has been successful in acquiring around 12 hectares of industrial land from Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (%u201CToyota%u201D) surrounding its new Corporate Headquarters in Port Melbourne.
