The project comprises a Publix supermarket of 48,387 square-feet; In-line shops of 18,000 square-feet and shop pad space of 11,000 square-feet (77,387 square-feet in total) together with 6 out-lot parcels. The shopping centre was completed in March 2024 and sold in June 2024.
MAB American Management LLC has presented plans to develop 12.6 acres of land located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Veterans Parkway and U.S. Highway 280 and the development will include a Publix Supermarket. Of the 65,000 square-foot shopping center, nearly 49,000 square-feet will be occupied by the supermarket.
