International Women’s Day
Project Overview
As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace, MAB celebrated International Women’s Day by bringing together women from across the business for a special luncheon at The Botanical Hotel. Centred around the 2026 theme, “Give To Gain”, the event highlighted the importance of supporting, mentoring and empowering one another to achieve positive outcomes for individuals, teams, and the broader industry.
Guest speaker and 2026 UDIA Raymond J. Peck Award recipient, Judi Carr, shared valuable insights from her extensive career in the property sector, offering practical perspectives on leadership, resilience, and career development. Her experiences reinforced the importance of creating environments where women can thrive and contribute meaningfully at all levels of the organisation.
The event provided an opportunity for employees to connect across teams, strengthen professional networks, and reflect on the role each of us plays in advancing gender equality. Initiatives such as these support MAB’s ESG commitments by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
