Collingwood’s Josh Fraser and Essendon’s Adam Ramanauskaus bring Footy Fever to University Hill

This footy season the team at University Hill have invited some of Melbourne’s best AFL players to come and meet, play and sign autographs for our local community. If you have a love for footy, some merchandise to be signed or simply want to catch up with some of the season’s best players make your way down to University Hill Town Centre on Saturday 17 May, 31 May, 14 June and 28 June.

From appearances by leading AFL stars to great competitions and prizes, a huge season of footy action kicks off at the University Hill Town Centre starting Saturday May 17.

The events will take place in University Hill’s Town Centre that comprises a full range of fresh foods, café’s, licensed restaurant and convenience retail. The new neighbourhood hub also comprises a full-line Coles supermarket and convenience retail. The street -based Town Centre has been designed to bring a new style of shopping and entertainment to Melbourne’s north. With free footy fun on offer it’s a great way to entertain the family this winter.

Saturday May 17, 10am – 1pm with Collingwood star Josh Fraser
Meet and greet Collingwood star Josh Fraser (11am – 12.30pm) and Collingwood Mascot, Jock ‘One Eye’ McPie, includes autographs and photo opportunities.

Saturday May 31, 10am – 1pm with AFL Mascots Captain Carlton and Tiger ‘Stripes’ Dyer
Football shootout and handball competition with AFL Mascots Captain Carlton and Tiger ‘Stripes’ Dyer and of course some great prizes to be won.

Saturday June 14, 10am – 1pm meet and greet star Essendon player Adam Ramanauskaus
Adam Ramanauskaus will be in the Town Centre (11am – 12.30pm) with Essendon Mascot, Moz ‘Skeeta’ Reynolds joining him for autographs and photo opportunities.

Saturday June 28, 10am – 1pm
Test your skills on the sports shootout and Inflatable Footy Challenge amusements with some more great prizes to be won.

About University Hill
