HarbourOne library lounge officially launched

Deputy Lord Mayor Susan Riley and Places Victoria Chairman Peter Clarke officially launched HarbourOne’s library lounge.

Special guests included the new Places Victoria Board and CEO Sam Sangster, as well as City of Melbourne’s Cr Ken Ong, Plus Architecture and Brookfield Multiplex.

Chief Operating Officer David Hall said the event was a great way to thank a number of key stakeholders involved in the development.

“We are proud of the end result at HarbourOne and in particular we are delighted with the library lounge and what it represents,” said Mr Hall.

“At MAB, we are always striving to deliver better spaces, improve living conditions and meet the demands of how people want to interact in their home.

“Shared spaces like the library lounge help to develop a sense of community within the development.”

This library lounge has been designed to accommodate a range of purposes.

“Not only can residents relax in this space, such as reading a book by the open fire, but HarbourOne residents can book the lounge for a dinner party, cocktail function, or a business meeting,” said Mr Hall.

The HarbourOne development was completed in late 2011 and comprises 291 apartments, 10 office terraces and 28 serviced apartments right in the heart of NewQuay.

MAB Property Management manages apartments for lease within the building. For further details phone Jody Virgona on 03 9641 7500.
