MAB launches final stage of Translink business park
Translink is MAB Corporation’s (MAB) $300 million, 75 hectare Business Park located along Keilor Park Drive, Keilor Park. It is strategically located within the north-west corridor of Metropolitan Melbourne and is 400 metres from the Calder Freeway & Western Ring Road entry and exit ramps less than 5 minutes from Tullamarine Airport.
MAB has just released Stage 5 which is the last opportunity to secure serviced industrial land within this Business Park. With Stage 1, 2 & 3 complete and Stage 4 substantially sold, the final stage is expected to generate strong demand even under these tough economic conditions. Richard Johnston, MAB’s General Manager Commercial & Industrial said, “Translink has proven to be an incredibly successful project, building on the company reputation for delivering innovative commercial and industrial business parks. “Combined with the lack of industrial land in the Tullamarine/Keilor region, the stimulus packages released by the government and improving banking conditions, now is the time to look at securing a site within this final release,” he said. The Business 3 zone allows scope for warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing attracting local, national and international companies. Translink Business Park is already home to businesses such as Porsche, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, DHL Express, Porter Davis Homes & Lombard the Paper People. Construction will commence in February 2009 with completion mid year. Lots are available from 1,318m2 up to 10,000m2. |
