MAB reveals new digital platform dedicated to first home buyers
MAB has unveiled FirstMAB – a new, purpose-built first home buyer website, designed to showcase all of MAB’s residential product for first home buyers in one easy-to-navigate platform, while helping buyers navigate the process of purchasing a first home.
FirstMAB incorporates both off-the-plan and ready-to-move-in apartments, with over 55 home listings (priced below $750,000) across MAB’s four residential projects that are currently available in Merri Northcote, Preston Crossing, Tempo Box Hill and Escala NewQuay, Docklands. Prospective buyers that sign up to the website will also receive priority access to new releases.
Recognising the many challenges that first home buyers must overcome when searching for a home, MAB set out to create a digital platform where buyers can compare apartments and easily filter by location, price and bedrooms configuration to best determine what suits their budget and lifestyle, rather than having to sift through multiple websites and listings.
FirstMAB will provide customers with a more extensive list of suitable properties compared to other online platforms, which typically list both high and low value properties to meet a broader market demographic.
The website will include specific purchasing opportunities and unique special offers while a dedicated resources section provides advice and tips to help buyers navigate the home buying process. This information has been created to specifically address common home buying questions, while also providing tips with regard to mortgages, deposits and government incentives.
“MAB understands how tough it is right now for first home buyers to purchase a home. We’ve created an easy-to-navigate website that offers a range of homes under $750,000, across multiple locations, to help make the process that little bit easier,” said MAB General Manager of Residential, David Allt-Graham.
“We also want to ensure we create genuine value for first home buyers, offering some excellent opportunities at all of our projects. At Merri Northcote, for example, first home buyers can purchase with just 5% deposit while also receiving a free premium sustainability upgrade valued at $18,000.
