MAB’s growth leads to office relocation

With business booming and staff numbers increasing, Melbourne developer MAB Corporation is relocating its head office to a new, larger premises closer to the CBD, at 441 St Kilda Road.

The creator of leading developments such as Docklands’ $1 billion NewQuay precinct and University Hill in Melbourne’s north has been busy strengthening its position as one of Melbourne’s key urban development companies and as a result staff numbers have increased by 35 per cent over the past three years and are expected to continue to rise.

MAB has been delivering high quality commercial, industrial, residential and retail developments since 1995 and over the 12 year period has proven itself to be a market leader in the property industry, with $I.5 billion in completed projects and other significant developments underway.

MAB generates around $300 million in annual sales, has gross assets approaching $250 million and also has a thriving funds management arm that has approximately $280 million under management.

“With MAB’s workload increasing, we’ve needed to expand our workforce and our business operations, and therefore needed a larger premises. Our new offices will also be able to accommodate the future growth we’re expecting,” Chief Operating Officer of MAB Corporation Guy Pahor said.
