Meridian Business Park offers even more
The Meridian Business Park in Thomastown has been rezoned to provide stand alone offices in addition to integrated warehousing.
MAB Corporation General Manager Commercial and Industrial Richard Johnston said the Business 3 rezoning is great news, providing attractive office options for small business and attracting employment opportunities to the local area.
“MAB has been working closely with the City of Whittlesea to secure the rezoning,” said Mr Johnston. “We are very pleased to now offer higher flexibility and attract more business to Thomastown.

Meridian has started the year strongly with a hub of activity. “Ninety percent of lots are now sold, construction is well underway and the first businesses have moved into their new premises,” said Mr Johnston.
Mr Johnston added that MAB is thrilled with the response to Meridian, stating that sales are exceeding recent expectations.
“Demand at Meridian has been great,” said Mr Johnston. “We have seen strong price growth at the development, which bucks the current market trend. Clearly, businesses are attracted to the high quality park and ideal location.”
