Doncaster BMW expands operations at University Hill
Construction has once again commenced at Doncaster BMW’s $15 million dealership located at 62 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, part of the burgeoning University Hill estate.
This time a $10million BMW Bodyshop for specialist motor body repairs is being added to the already impressive Bundoora facilities.
The current dealership, completed in mid-2009, is ideally located in Melbourne’s growing northern region, which serves an increasing legion of BMW aficionados.
The state-of-the-art showroom, reflecting international BMW standards, spans two levels and boasts a sizable 7000m². The addition of the Bodyshop adds a further 8900m2 of new building capacity, spread over three levels.
The dealership currently has the space to display over 60 New and Used BMW’s (which will soon expand to 100), and is designed to appeal to customers with lounge areas, a cafe, finance and insurance facilities, service workshop, Rapid Repair paint shop and undercover storage for a further 200 vehicles.
