It has been a successful year for the commercial sector of the business, with all projects in planning and delivery phases.

A highlight has been the success of our commercial project – Aquavista at NewQuay in Melbourne’s Docklands. In what has been considered a tough commercial market, the project is now sold, which is testimony to our focus on quality and meeting the needs of tenants.

MAB Development Manager Tom Howgate said this final sale means over 100 businesses will now call Aquavista home.

“We are working to grow business and NewQuay by attracting more visitors, more workers and permanent residents to the area, so this is a strong message to send to the market,” Mr Howgate said.

In the commercial sector, MAB has also launched Ormond Square which comprises commercial office space to be developed over two stages. This follows on from
the success of MAB’s third office strata buildings in University Hill, 240UNI HILL which is now 98 per cent tenanted.
